The Client Experience Manager (CXM) will understand how to drive client engagement, retention, and ongoing relationship management with assigned clients. The CXM must effectively propose, present, and sell service and product offerings to meet clients’ identified needs and drive a vision of standardization across client environments. The CXM will also provide relevant sales across departments as a part of their role. This position is designed around a primarily remote work environment with occasional time spent in our Owings Mills Office location. 

The purpose of the Applied Epic Consultant position is to provide expert consulting on Applied Epic’s agency management system to assist insurance agencies in successfully migrating to Epic and/or maximizing the value of Applied Epic for their agency. As part of the KiteTech Consulting team, you will have the freedom to create innovative solutions to help agencies maximize their effectiveness.

The Outsourced Agency Bookkeeper will provide competent bookkeeping for KiteTech’s insurance agency clients who value quality Applied Epic bookkeeping but do not have the workload or inclination to hire and manage a full-time bookkeeper. The primary role of the Outsourced Agency Bookkeeper is to provide bookkeeping services to agencies including some that KiteTech is already engaged with for operations consulting or managed IT.

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to join the KiteTech Help Desk Team! The Tier 1 Technician is responsible for handling first level support of service requests. This relates to all end user technology issues, to include: workstations, printers, email flow, and vendor specific hardware and software. The technician also performs field service duties on client sites often at the direction of more experienced personnel.
