I had to have MFA installed on my new phone. Sarah was a big help when calling Kite support line. She was very patient and took the time to walk me through the process. While doing this she also noticed that my computer had needed updates. Even though I did not call about this Sarah was willing to do the updates on my computer. She didn't have to do this, but she was willing to do so if I had the time. Thank you, Sarah!
